These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Spartan Path (the "app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The Service

Spartan Path is a gamified screen-time tracker that lets you log daily screen time and earn in-game progression. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use and is offered for informational and motivational purposes only; it is not medical, psychological, or professional advice.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

• Spartan Path offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock full progression and premium features.
• Pricing and billing period are shown on the in-app purchase screen at the point of sale and are charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing and canceling. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
• Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective policies; we do not directly process refunds.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it in violation of applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

The app, including its artwork, text, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal use.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features at any time, and we may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
